About this policy
This policy explains how MyFXWall handles information when you browse, register, buy products, download files or contact support. Contact the administrator using the contact email displayed in the website footer for privacy questions.
Information we collect
We store account information such as your name, username, email, password hash and uploaded avatar. We also store orders, Balance transactions, payment network and wallet details, transaction references, payment proof, download records, comments, product requests and support messages or screenshots. Security and operational records may include IP addresses, sign-in attempts and account activity.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, process and review payments, deliver downloads, maintain balances, respond to support, moderate content, prevent abuse and send account or order notifications. Do not upload private keys, recovery phrases or unnecessary personal information in comments, payment screenshots or support attachments.
Public information
Comments, avatars and usernames can appear publicly. Usernames may also appear in product member or confirmed buyer lists according to account visibility settings and product history. Payment proof and support attachments are restricted to authorized account users and administrators.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses session cookies for sign-in and security, and browser storage may remember display preferences. Blocking required cookies can prevent sign-in or checkout from working.
Service providers and blockchain records
Hosting and configured email services process information needed to run the website. External blockchain explorers and exchanges have their own privacy practices. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains and cannot be erased by MyFXWall. The BTC price service receives a server request for a market price; it does not need your account information.
Retention and security
Account information is retained to maintain your account and access to purchases. Order, payment and credit records may be retained to reconcile transactions, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Security and support records are retained as needed to investigate abuse or resolve issues. We restrict access and use technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
Contact the administrator to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify account ownership first. Some transaction or security records may need to remain for the purposes described above. Additional rights may apply under the laws that apply to you.
