Terms & Conditions Last updated: 20 October 2026 Using MyFXWall These terms describe use of MyFXWall accounts, product purchases, group contributions and downloads. Read the product details and Refund policy before paying. Contact the administrator using the email shown in the footer with questions. Accounts and conduct Provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. Do not impersonate others, submit false payment proof, distribute malicious files, abuse support, post unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access. Administrators may issue warnings, restrict comments or purchases, suspend accounts or remove members for violations. Removing a member does not automatically issue a refund; eligible refunds are handled separately. Products and group purchases Availability, access requirements and the current purchase stage are shown on each product. Joining recruitment does not mean payment has been confirmed. Group delivery can depend on verified contributions and the original vendor supplying the product. Free downloads require registration and any access rules shown on the product page. Access is subject to the applicable product licence; do not redistribute files without permission from the rights holder. Prices and payments Prices, account balances and refunds are recorded in USD. For website accounting, 1 USD equals 1 USDT or 1 USDC. BTC and custom currencies use the rate and exact transfer amount displayed on the payment order. BTC rates may be fetched automatically or set by the administrator; the displayed order quote stays locked until expiry. Use the exact currency, network and receiving address shown, and cover any transfer fees. Payments are reviewed manually. A submitted screenshot or transaction reference alone does not confirm payment. Balance and refunds Balance is used for eligible website purchases and is not a withdrawal wallet. Purchases use credit only when it covers the full price; otherwise the full external payment is required. The Refund policy linked in the footer governs refund eligibility. Approved refunds are added to Balance for future purchases and are not sent to external wallets. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Support and submissions Support availability depends on account eligibility. Message limits and attachment requirements shown in the user panel apply. Submit only content you have permission to share and avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. Trading tools and availability Product descriptions and trading tools do not guarantee trading results or profits. You are responsible for evaluating suitability and the risks of using a product. Downloads, services and third-party products can be affected by maintenance, technical problems or vendor delays. Privacy and changes The Privacy Policy explains how account and transaction information is handled. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date.
